What we usually walk into
A certificate, and nothing anybody can build on Monday
Most technology training ends with a certificate and nothing built. People finish able to follow along in a lesson and still stuck when they open a blank screen on Monday.
For teams it is worse. Staff are sent on a general course that covers the tool but not the way your organisation uses it, and nothing about the work changes when they come back.

Classes are built around work people do afterwards. Everyone leaves having built something, with the notes, the files and the repository to carry on from.
Team training is scoped against your own systems and processes, so what is taught on the Friday is used on the Monday, and there is an assessment at the end that says what changed.

- Abeokuta classes run in the Bitnox Event Space, which seats sixty. Online cohorts are taught live, with recordings for anyone who misses a session.
